Google Ads agency

Pay Google for searches that become customers.

We cut spend on searches that never buy, feed your real sales back to Google, and report cost per customer every Monday.

Ad Rank = bid × quality. We raise the quality, so you win without raising the bid.
The short answer

What a Google Ads agency does

A Google Ads agency plans, builds and runs your Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaigns: keywords and negatives, ads, bidding, landing pages and conversion tracking. Then it reports cost per lead and cost per sale from your own records, not clicks from a dashboard it controls. The account stays yours throughout.

It is the Google half of our performance marketing, run beside Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram). Browse all services.

How it works

How Google decides what you pay

Every search runs an auction in a fraction of a second. Your bid multiplied by Quality Score (expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing-page experience) sets your position and what you pay per click. Better ads and pages lower your cost without raising a single bid.

Ad Rank = bid × quality. A higher-quality ad can win on a smaller bid.
  1. Someone searches

A buyer types what they need. Google finds every advertiser whose keywords match.

  2. Each ad is scored

Your bid is multiplied by Quality Score: expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing-page experience.

  3. Position and price are set

The highest Ad Rank takes the top slot, and pays just enough to stay ahead of the next one.

  4. The click is learned from

Smart Bidding uses your conversions to bid higher for searches like the ones that bought.

Where the budget leaks

Searches you never meant to buy

Broad match with no negative keywords pays for people looking for jobs, free tools or something else.

Bidding for form fills

Google optimises for whatever you call a conversion. Call a closed sale one, not a form fill.

What we do

What our Google Ads management does

One job per tab, in the order we do it: find the leaks, rebuild, track, match the pages, then measure.

Find where spend leaks.

We read your search terms report line by line: what people typed before they clicked, and what each term cost.

  • Search-terms review: where spend leaks
  • Conversion tracking checked end to end
  • Account structure against buyer intent

What we report: cost per customer

We report cost per qualified lead and cost per sale, read from your CRM through offline conversions, not cost per click. Beside it sits impression share on the keywords that make money. It is agreed with you in week two and sent every Monday, from your own records.

The number

Cost per customer

What you spend on Google for each lead or sale that really happened.

Every Monday · from your records

Read from

  • Google Ads. Spend and impression share on the keywords that make money.
  • Your CRM. Which leads were qualified and which became sales, imported back as offline conversions.
  • GA4. Call, form and WhatsApp events as the early signal, until the sale closes.
One number, week by week. Each marker is a change we made that week: a negative list, tracking, a new page, a bid strategy.
  • Why not cost per click?

A cheap click from the wrong search is the most expensive click you can buy.

  • Why not leads alone?

A form fill is not a customer. Cost per qualified lead and per sale is.

What it costs

What does a Google Ads agency cost?

Two parts. Your ad spend goes from your own account straight to Google. Our fee depends on how many campaigns and markets we run, whether tracking and landing pages need fixing, and how much creative YouTube or Performance Max needs. The audit comes first, and you see a fixed scope and fee in writing before you commit.

Who it’s for

For businesses whose buyers search first.

  • Dental clinics People search “dentist near me” when they need one now. More new patients
  • Law & CA firms Clients search for a specific problem, and pick fast. More client enquiries
  • Schools & colleges Parents and students search for courses before they enquire. More admissions
  • Online stores Shoppers search by product, and Performance Max feeds on a clean catalogue. More orders
  • Manufacturers Buyers search by part, spec or process, and each lead is worth a lot. More dealer enquiries

Not a fitIf few people search for what you sell, Search ads have little to buy; Meta Ads can create the demand instead. And if your budget can’t buy about 30 conversions a month, Google’s bidding has too little to learn from.

FAQ

Questions about Google Ads

Budget and quality

Start with enough budget for about 30 conversions a month. Check impression share on the keywords that make money; if you are losing share to budget, raise it there. Add Performance Max or YouTube only once Search is covered. Performance marketing covers splitting a total budget across channels.

For online stores with a clean product feed, often yes. For lead generation, only with guardrails: offline conversion import so it learns what a real customer looks like, brand exclusions, and asset groups split by service. Without those, it tends to buy cheap, low-quality form fills.

Usually broad match keywords with no negatives, so you pay for searches that were never buyers; ads and pages that do not filter; and bidding for form fills instead of closed sales. Fix those and Smart Bidding starts learning from the leads that became customers.

Quality Score is Google’s 1–10 rating of expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing-page experience. Higher scores lower your cost per click and improve your position, so a better ad and page can beat a bigger bid.

Working with us

Search can bring enquiries within days of launch, because people are already looking. Smart Bidding needs two to four weeks to learn, and longer where leads are few or sales cycles are slow. We review search terms weekly, so the first month goes on cutting waste.

Search captures demand that already exists: someone typed what you sell. YouTube creates demand, by reaching people before they search. Start with Search unless few people look for what you sell; then YouTube earns its place.

Yes. The account, the data and the conversion history are yours. We work inside an account you own, with you as owner and us as invited users. If we part ways, you keep everything we built: campaigns, negative keyword lists and tracking.

Yes. From our team in Chennai we take on Google Ads for businesses in India, the UAE, the US and Canada. Each market gets its own campaigns, local search terms, language and landing pages, with reporting in your currency and time zone.
