1. Accepting these terms
These terms of use (“Terms”) apply to your use of bridgee.in and every page on it (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you’re allowed to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business.
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and forms part of these Terms.
2. Who we are
The site and the BridgeE brand are operated by Sunandha Media Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (“BridgeE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can reach us at hello@bridgee.in.
3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about BridgeE, read our resources and get in touch with us. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice. We don’t promise that the site, or any page on it, will always be available or free of errors.
4. Content and intellectual property
Our content. The site and everything on it, including its text, design, illustrations, graphics, code, articles, playbooks and other resources, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. It’s protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Our name and marks. “BridgeE”, our logo and our other brand features are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.
Client names, logos and work. Client names, logos, trademarks and work shown on the site belong to their owners. We show them with permission, to describe work we’ve done. Showing them doesn’t mean those businesses endorse anything beyond what they’ve said themselves, and it gives you no right to use them.
What you may do. You may view and print pages for your own use, share links to them, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the source. You may use the ideas, checklists and playbooks in our resources in your own business.
What you may not do. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute our content, or build a product or service from it, without our written permission. Where we publish part of the site under an open-source or other licence, that licence’s terms apply to that part.
5. Results and case studies
Our case studies, figures, testimonials and examples describe work we’ve done for specific clients, in their markets, at that time. They’re examples of past work, not promises of future results.
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your product, your pricing, your competition, your budget, how quickly you act on recommendations and the decisions of platforms such as Google, Meta and AI assistants. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of any ranking, traffic, number of leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend or other outcome.
What we commit to for a particular client is set out only in that client’s signed agreement.
6. Enquiries, calls and proposals
Sending us a brief, booking a call or writing to us doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We may decline an enquiry for any reason.
Ideas, observations and recommendations we share before an engagement, on a call or in a proposal, are general and given in good faith, based on the information we have at the time. Please don’t rely on them as professional advice for your specific situation.
A proposal or quote is an invitation to agree terms, not a binding offer, and it is valid only for the period it states. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.
Please don’t send us confidential information through the site. If you need to share something confidential before an engagement, ask us and we’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
7. Information on the site
Our articles, playbooks, glossary and other resources are general information about marketing. They’re not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and they may not suit your circumstances. Platforms, prices and rules change, so some information may become out of date. Check anything important before you act on it.
8. Things you must not do
When you use the site, you must not:
- break any law, or use the site for anything fraudulent, harmful or misleading;
- send false information, or someone else’s details without their permission, through our forms;
- send spam, or upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful code;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the site, including by automated submissions to our forms;
- copy or harvest the site’s content or data in bulk with automated tools, except search engines and AI assistants indexing public pages as our robots.txt allows;
- frame or mirror the site, or present its content as your own;
- impersonate BridgeE, our team or our clients, or suggest a connection with us that doesn’t exist.
We may block access to the site, or take other action, if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these Terms.
9. Other websites and services
The site links to websites and services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and AI assistants. We’re not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer
We work hard to keep the site accurate and useful, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that can’t be limited or excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content; and
- our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the site is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).
This section doesn’t limit our liability for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Our liability to clients for services is governed by their signed agreements, not by these Terms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunandha Media Solutions Private Limited, its directors and its team against any claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please write to us first: we’ll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours, for example to a business that takes over the site. These Terms, with our Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows when the current version took effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are effective from 3 November 2026.
