Weak or wrong categories
A primary category that doesn’t match what people search. The most common fix, and often the fastest.
Local SEO services from a Chennai team: we build the profile, reviews, listings and pages that decide who shows in the Google Maps top three near you, then count the calls it brings.
Local SEO is getting your business to show when people nearby search for what you sell, in the Google Maps 3-pack and local results. It rests on a complete Google Business Profile, steady genuine reviews, the same name, address and phone (NAP) across the web, and a page for each location.
We run it beside your SEO services, so the website behind the profile is just as strong.

Google weighs three things: relevance (does your profile match the search), distance (how close you are to the searcher) and prominence (reviews, rating, mentions and links). You can’t move your shop, but you can fix relevance and build prominence. Those two are where the work is.
Does your profile match the search? Primary and secondary categories, services and attributes say what you are. We set them to match how people search.
How close you are to the person searching. You can’t change it, which is why the same search shows different businesses on different streets.
How well known you are: review count, rating and recency, plus mentions on Justdial, Sulekha and similar listings, and links to your site.
A primary category that doesn’t match what people search. The most common fix, and often the fastest.
A competitor with 300 recent reviews outranks a better business with 12 from two years ago.
Two profiles, or an old phone number on Justdial, split your signals. Google trusts neither.
Five jobs, one per tab. Each is done for every branch, in your accounts.
The listing that powers Maps. We complete it, set the right categories and keep it alive with photos and posts.
Reviews are the loudest prominence signal, and Google’s rules are strict. We ask every customer at the right moment with a direct link, over WhatsApp or SMS. We never pay, offer gifts or filter.
Google checks your name, address and phone against the web. We make them identical on 30+ directories, including Justdial and Sulekha in India and Yelp in the US and Canada.
Each branch gets its own profile and its own page on your site: real directions, hours and local proof, marked up with LocalBusiness structured data.
We read calls, direction requests, bookings and website clicks from each profile, and draw a rank grid across your area, so you see where you appear and where you don’t.
Where your profile lives, where we read the signals and where we build the pages. All of it sits in your accounts, never ours.
Where Maps reads you and customers rate you.
Search demand, profile clicks and who outranks you.
One page per branch, whatever your site runs on.
We report the calls, direction requests, bookings and website clicks your Google Business Profile brings, plus a rank grid showing where you appear across your area. Every Monday, tied to the leads each branch receives, and checked against your own records.

What your profile and pages bring in, branch by branch.
Calls, directions, bookingsBranches
Per branch · every Monday
A rank at one point on the map proves nothing. Calls and bookings do.
Reviews are a means. The number is what the profile brings in.
It depends on how many locations you have, how competitive each area is, and how much cleanup your profiles and listings need. The audit comes first: it shows where each branch stands on the map and what it will take to move, and you get a fixed scope and price for that before you commit.

Not a fitIf customers never visit you and you don’t travel to them, Maps rankings won’t bring business; SEO will. Google also needs a real address or service area, so a virtual office won’t qualify.
It’s the free listing that powers your presence on Google Maps and in local search: your name, address, hours, categories, services, photos, posts and reviews. It’s the single most important local SEO asset. Complete every field, pick the right primary category, and keep it fresh. Customers call, message and request directions straight from it.
Usually one of five things: weak or wrong categories, an incomplete profile, few recent reviews, inconsistent listings elsewhere, or a duplicate or suspended profile. Sometimes you simply sit far from the searcher. An audit finds which it is, because the fix for each is different and we don’t guess.
NAP is name, address and phone number. Google compares yours across your profile, website and directories such as Justdial, Sulekha and Yelp, and trusts you more when they match exactly. A different phone number or a spelled-out street on one listing is enough to weaken your signals. Consistency is dull work that pays.
Ask every customer at the right moment, with a direct link, ideally within a day of the visit, over WhatsApp or SMS. Reply to every review. Never buy reviews, offer gifts for them or ask only happy customers; Google’s policies forbid it, and it can get a profile suspended or reviews removed.
Profile fixes such as categories and missing details can show within weeks. Review volume, citation strength and location pages build over months, and results depend on how much competition sits around you. We report every Monday, so you see the movement as it happens, not at the end of a contract.
Yes, if you have several branches. Each branch needs its own Google Business Profile and its own page on your site, with its own address, hours, directions and local proof. One page listing five addresses gives Google nothing specific to show, and gives customers nothing to trust.
Yes. Profiles, pages, review requests and reporting are set up per branch and run from one plan, so every location is measured the same way. You see calls, direction requests and leads branch by branch, which shows which locations need attention first and which are already doing well.
Send us your business name and area. We check your profile, listings and rank across your neighbourhood, and show you what’s holding the number back.
