WhatsApp marketing services

Reply in minutes. Sell on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing services on the official Business API. Every enquiry gets a reply in minutes, abandoned carts get recovered and customers come back, without the spam.

The short answer

What is WhatsApp marketing?

WhatsApp marketing is using WhatsApp Business through the official API to reach customers who opted in: automated replies and flows, broadcasts, catalogues and click-to-WhatsApp ads. Enquiries get answered in minutes, carts and appointments get followed up, and customers come back. It is a conversation channel, not a louder SMS.

It works best beside conversion rate optimisation: the enquiries you already paid for, finally converted. A buyer who messages you at 9 pm is deciding right then; the business that replies first, with the right answer, usually gets the booking. See all services for the rest of the team.

How it works

Doing WhatsApp without getting banned

Bulk WhatsApp marketing is allowed only through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, to contacts who opted in, using approved message templates. Unofficial bulk-sending tools get numbers restricted or banned and damage your quality rating. Done properly, each message starts from a real event, not from a list.

A flow is a map, not a blast: every message is an approved template, sent because something happened to a person who opted in, with a human exit on every branch.
  1. A trigger

A new enquiry, a left cart, a booking tomorrow or a refill due. Something happened to a real person who gave you their number, so a message goes out. No event, no message.

  2. An approved template

Meta approves each template under one category: marketing, utility or authentication. The category sets what it can say and what it costs. Only opted-in contacts receive it.

  3. The reply picks a branch

Buy or book now, ask a question, or not now. Each answer leads to its own next message, a pause, or a polite end. A “stop” is honoured at once and recorded.

  4. A person takes over

When the chat needs judgement (a price negotiation, a medical question, an upset customer) it lands in your team inbox with the whole history attached.

What gets a number restricted

Messaging people who never opted in

Blocks and reports lower your quality rating, and a low rating lowers your daily messaging limit.

Sending too much, too often

Frequency caps and a quiet period after ignored messages protect the rating that protects your reach.

A bot with no way out

A chatbot that can’t hand over to a person loses the customer. Every flow we build has a human exit.

What we do

What our WhatsApp marketing services include

Five jobs, in the order they happen: the number, the flows, the broadcasts, the ads and the report.

Get the official API running.

We register your WhatsApp Business Platform account through an official provider, verify the business with Meta, load the product catalogue and set up a shared team inbox with roles. It all sits in your accounts, on your number, so leaving us is as easy as changing a password.

  • Official Business API through a provider, on your own number and Meta Business account
  • Verified profile, display name and a product catalogue with prices and photos
  • Shared team inbox with roles, working hours and hand-off rules
Flows, broadcasts, ads

Which one do you need first?

Start with flows: they answer every enquiry and recover carts and appointments daily, with no extra sends. Add click-to-WhatsApp ads when the flows convert, so paid clicks land in a ready conversation. Add broadcasts last, to segments that opted in, because they are the easiest way to spend your quality rating.

Each one earns its place differently: the table shows what sets it off, what annoys people and what we watch. For customers who haven’t opted in, email & lifecycle marketing is the channel to use.

The one number

The one number: bookings or orders from WhatsApp

Each Monday we report the bookings or orders that came through WhatsApp, read from your own records, not ours. Beside it sit replies, average response time, recovered carts and your number’s quality rating, so you see what moved the number and what protects it.

Every Monday · from your records

Read from

  • Response time. The first reply to every new chat, by hour of day, so you see which evenings and weekends leak enquiries.
  • Quality rating. Read from Meta Business Manager. A drop is the first warning.
  • Your records. Bookings in your diary or CRM, orders in your store, matched to the chat that began them. Your records, not our dashboard.
One column per week. The bar is bookings and orders that began in a WhatsApp chat. The marks under it are what changed that week: a flow switched on, a template fixed, an ad launched. Response time and quality rating are read alongside, every Monday.
  • Why not messages sent?

Sending is the easy part, and sending more is how a number gets restricted. A booking is the part that pays.

  • Why not read receipts?

A blue tick is not a sale, and it hides the slow replies that cost you the customer.

What it costs

How much does WhatsApp messaging cost?

Three parts. Meta charges per delivered message, by template category and the customer’s country. Since 1 October 2026, replies inside the 24-hour window are free only for the first 1,000 a month per number, and utility templates sent there are charged too. Your provider adds a platform fee, and our fee is separate. You see your country’s rates and the maths first.

Chats that start from a Click to WhatsApp ad open a free window of up to seven days, which changes the maths for ad-led campaigns.

Who it’s for

For businesses whose customers already message.

  • Real estate Site-visit enquiries go cold within the hour. A fast reply, a brochure and a visit slot keep them warm. More site visits
  • Clinics & hospitals Reminders, follow-ups and recall messages keep the diary full without the front desk calling. More booked appointments
  • Online stores Carts, reorders and delivery updates in one thread, with the catalogue a tap away. More orders
  • Schools & colleges Admission enquiries answered the same hour, with fee details, a campus visit and a counsellor call booked. More admissions
  • Restaurants & cafés Regulars reorder or book a table in two taps, and offers go only to those who asked for them. More table bookings

Not a fitIf you want to message bought numbers or people who never opted in, we won’t. It breaks Meta’s rules, gets numbers restricted, and costs you the customers who did want to hear from you.

FAQ

Questions about WhatsApp marketing

It is Meta’s official way for a business to message customers at scale, through a provider that connects your number to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Unlike the free WhatsApp Business app, it supports automation, chatbots, several agents on one inbox, approved message templates and integration with your CRM or store. We set it up in your own accounts. Setup usually takes days, not weeks.

Yes, but only to contacts who opted in, using message templates Meta has approved, on the official API. Unofficial bulk-sending tools that run on a normal number are how businesses get restricted or banned. We build segmented, opted-in broadcasts with frequency limits, so you reach people who asked to hear from you and your quality rating stays healthy. We never buy, scrape or rent lists.

Not if you stay inside the rules: use the official API, message only people who opted in, send approved templates and keep frequency sensible. Meta watches blocks and reports and shows them as your quality rating. If it drops, your messaging limit can drop with it. We check that rating every week and slow down before it becomes a problem. Most restrictions are avoidable.

It helps, but you don’t need it. Meta decides who gets the green tick, and it usually goes to well-known brands, so don’t build a plan around it. What you can do is complete business verification, keep a clean profile and earn a high quality rating. Customers trust a fast, useful reply more than a badge. We can help you apply anyway.

Yes. Conversations, leads and orders can sync with your CRM or store, so a chat that becomes a booking shows up where your team already works: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Shopify or WooCommerce. We connect them through the API or an automation tool, and set up CRM & automation so follow-ups carry on after the chat. Nothing gets retyped by hand.

Yes. Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram open a chat with your business instead of a landing page. We set up the ad on Meta, an instant first reply and the questions that qualify the lead, then hand the warm ones to your sales team. The ad side is the same craft as our Meta ads service. Ads switch on once the flows convert.

Yes. We build flows for qualification and FAQs: the bot asks a few questions, answers the common ones, and hands over to a person when the chat needs one, with the history attached. We keep them short and clear that they are automated, because a bot that traps people costs you the customer and your quality rating. Every flow has a human exit.
