Website design & development

A website that brings enquiries, not compliments.

Fast on phones, clear to read, found on Google and in AI search, and yours to own. We judge it on enquiries per visit, not on looks.

Speed underneath, structure above, content in the rooms, and one clear door for the enquiry.
The short answer

What a website development company does

A website development company plans, designs, builds and launches your site: the structure and copy, the design, the build on the right platform, SEO and speed, tracking, and a handover so your team can run it. The test isn’t how it looks. It’s how many visitors become enquiries.

We build it as part of one plan with the rest of all services: the same team that sets the number also builds the site that has to carry it. Speed, structure and copy are decided together, because a fast page with the wrong words still loses the visitor.

How it works

What makes a website convert

A website converts when a visitor knows what you offer within seconds, sees proof near the ask, loads it fast on a phone, and finds one obvious next step. Add a form or WhatsApp that reaches a person quickly, and the visit becomes an enquiry.

Four places a visitor leaves, and the fix for each. We find yours in the first two weeks.
  1. They land

A slow page loses them first. We design mobile-first and hold Google’s “good” Core Web Vitals marks: LCP under 2.5 s, INP under 200 ms, CLS under 0.1. We check this on real phones, not only in a lab test.

  2. They read

If the offer isn’t clear, they leave. The top of every page says what you do, for whom and where, in one plain line. Headlines say what the page does for the reader, not what the company is proud of.

  3. They trust

Proof sits beside the ask: reviews, accreditations, real project photos and named people, not a logo strip at the bottom. People believe other people first, so we put their words where the doubt is.

  4. They ask

One obvious next step per page: a short form, a call button, or WhatsApp that reaches a person quickly. Every form field has to earn its place, and every enquiry lands in your inbox or CRM the moment it is sent.

Why good-looking sites don’t convert

Designed before the words

A layout built around placeholder text rarely survives your real offer. Copy first, then design.

Fast on office wifi, slow on a phone

Heavy images and scripts pass a desktop test and fail on mobile data. We test on mid-range phones.

Nobody owns the result

The designer, the developer and the marketer each finish their part, and no one is judged on enquiries. Here one team is.

What we do

What our website development covers, start to handover

Five jobs, in order. Each ends with something you can see, approve and keep, and each one is signed off by you before the next begins.

Write the site before you see it.

We start from what your buyers search for. The keyword map becomes the sitemap, and the copy comes before the design. If the brand isn’t settled, we begin with branding & positioning. Each page gets one job and one next step, so nobody is guessing what it is for.

  • Sitemap from the keyword map
  • Copy written before design
  • Wireframes for key pages

The tools we build websites in

The one number

How we judge a new website: enquiries per visit

Enquiries per visit, also called conversion rate: the share of visits that end in a form, a call or a WhatsApp message. We compare it with your old site at launch, then every week, alongside Core Web Vitals and organic traffic to key pages, and tie it to the number agreed up front.

  • GA4. Visits, and every form, call tap and WhatsApp click set up as an event before launch.
  • Google Search Console. Core Web Vitals from real visitors, and organic clicks to your key pages.
  • Your own records. Your inbox or CRM tells us which enquiries were real. It is the number the business runs on.
One line, twelve weeks: enquiries per visit against the old site’s level at launch, with a marker for each change that moved it. A faster page, a shorter form or a new proof block each gets its own mark. Next steps from here live in CRO.
  • Why not page views?

A visit that asks for nothing is not a result.

  • Why not design praise?

A site can win compliments and bring no enquiries. The count can’t flatter.

  • Why not rankings alone?

A page can rank first and still not convert. We read rankings as a cause, enquiries as the result.

What it costs

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the platform, how much copy we write, and integrations such as payments, booking or a CRM. We price it after discovery as a fixed quote for a fixed scope. The quote lists every page and feature, and any change is agreed before it’s built.

Who it’s for

For businesses that buyers check online first.

These businesses win or lose the enquiry on their website, because buyers check it before they phone, visit or book.

  • Manufacturers Dealers and buyers check your site before they call. More dealer enquiries
  • Clinics & hospitals Patients choose a doctor on trust, speed and easy booking. More booked appointments
  • Schools & colleges Parents compare schools online before they ever visit. More admissions
  • Real estate Each project needs a page that books site visits. More site visits
  • Hotels & resorts A fast, clear site wins direct bookings from the listings. More direct bookings

Not a fitIf you need a site live in a few days, a template on a website builder is cheaper. We build for businesses where the site has to win the enquiry, which usually takes six to ten weeks.

FAQ

Questions about website design and development

Building the site

Most business websites take six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. The range depends on the number of pages, how much copy we write, and integrations such as a CRM, payments or booking. Copy and your approvals are the usual delays, so we agree dates for both in week one.

The one your team can edit without calling us. Webflow or WordPress suit most marketing sites, Shopify suits stores, and custom code only makes sense when no platform does the job. We choose by who will update the site after launch, not by what we happen to prefer. You get the reasoning in writing, with the trade-offs.

Yes. Copy is written before design, because layouts built around placeholder text rarely survive real words. We start from your buyers’ questions and the keyword map, write each page to one job, and send it to you for approval. You supply the facts, the services and the proof; we turn them into pages that read clearly.

Yes. SEO is built in, not added after: a keyword map decides the sitemap, headings and URLs are clean, pages pass Core Web Vitals, and structured data marks up your business, services and FAQs. The site is also easy for AI assistants to read. Ongoing rankings are a separate job, which our SEO services cover.

Ownership and cost

You do. The domain is registered in your name, hosting is in your account, and the code, design files and every login are yours from day one. We work inside your accounts, so leaving is simple: nothing is held back or locked behind us. If you ever move on, we hand over a clean copy and a short note on how it’s built.

Yes, if it’s planned. We list every URL that ranks or gets links, map each to its new page, and set 301 redirects before launch. Pages that earn traffic keep their content and headings unless there’s a reason to change them. After launch we watch Google Search Console for drops and fix them quickly. Some movement is normal while Google re-crawls.

Yes, as an optional care plan. It covers updates, backups, security checks, uptime monitoring and small content changes, so the site doesn’t slowly rot. Webflow and Shopify need less of this than WordPress. If you’d rather run it yourself, we train your team and hand everything over, and you can add a plan later.

Before you start

Access to your current site and analytics if you have them, a clear idea of what an enquiry is worth, and one person who can approve copy and design quickly. We also ask for your most important services, the questions customers keep asking, and real photos or project examples. That is enough to start discovery in the first week.

Yes, phones come first. We design the mobile layout before the desktop one, keep tap targets large, compress images, and test on real mid-range phones rather than only a resized browser window. After launch, speed is judged on Core Web Vitals from real visitors in Google Search Console, not just a lab score.

Yes. We connect forms to your CRM or inbox, add booking tools, payment gateways and a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your team, and test each one end to end before launch. Every form, call tap and WhatsApp click is tracked in GA4, so you can see which one brings the enquiries.

Yes. For UAE audiences we build bilingual sites with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic, not a mirrored copy of the English one. Fonts, spacing, forms and numbers are checked in both languages, and each language gets its own URLs so Google and AI assistants can read both. Arabic copy is written or reviewed by a native writer.

Yes. We export your pages and images, rebuild them on the new platform with better structure and copy, and map every old address to its new one with a redirect. Forms, tracking and email are reconnected and tested before the switch, and the old site stays untouched until you approve the new one, so nothing goes dark on launch day.

Yes. Our team is in Chennai, and we build websites for businesses across India, the UAE, the US and Canada. Calls, reviews and approvals happen online, so the process is the same wherever you are. Every client gets the same staging site each week and the same weekly report on enquiries.
